Stanislaw Cabala partner born 1957, graduated in law from the Jagiellonian University in 1980, admitted 1986, qualified as an attorney at law (adwokat) in 1988. He specializes in civil and commercial litigation, real estate and construction, transport matters, torts, personal injuries, administrative and criminal law.
Pawel Mazur partner, born 1962, graduated in law from the Jagiellonian University in 1986, qualified as an attorney at law (adwokat) in 1993. In 1990 he completed course in the Centre for Commercial Law Studies at the QMW, University of London and practiced in law firms in London (Herbert Smith), and Cardiff (Morgan Bruce) as well as in commercial barristers’ chambers at Four Essex Court in London. Pawe³ was granted a sholarship at De Paul University in Chicago in 1992. He is a member of the International Bar Association in London and a Polish representative of the Eastern European Forum. He has actively participated in numerous international conferences and published articles on legal aspects of foreign investments in Poland. His practice areas include arbitration litigation foreign investment, contracts, company law, trade, technology, restitution of property. He speaks English fluently.
Marta Grochowska partner, born 1960, graduated in law from the Jagiellonian University in 1984, gualified as a legal advisor in 1989. She was an in-house lawyer in a coal mine industry. In 1995 she set up a private practice together with Pawel Mazur (Mazur&Grochowska). Marta completed the postgraduate course in EU law at the Jagiellonian University in 2004. She specializes in corporate law, project finance, mergers and acquisitions, labour law, energy and insolvency matters.
Karolina Janowska- Niedziela attorney`s trainees since 2007, born 1981, graduated in law from the University of Rzeszów in 2005, Bachelor`s Degree in European Integration since 2006. She specializes in labour and social security law, commercial law, civil law and registration proceedings.
Paulina Kukla legal adviser`s trainee since 2007, born 1983, graduated in law from the Jagiellonian University in 2007. During studies she gained the Socrates/Erasmus Programme scholarship and studied law at the Tilburg University in the Netherlands. She also gained scholarship of Can- Pack S.A. scholarship fund and studied law at the National University of Kyiv- Mohyla Academy in Ukraine. She specializes in commercial and civil law, contracts, corporate law, restitution of property and environment protection law. She speaks English fluently and Russian intermediate.
Kinga Pikor - Rola receivables collection specialist, graduated in law from the Silesian University in 2003. She specializes in receivables collection, civil law, commercial law and registration proceedings.
