CABALA MAZUR GROCHOWSKA (CMG) is a partnership established in 2000 as a result of a merger of legal offices run by founding partners: Stanislaw Cabala, attorney-at-law, Pawel Mazur, attorney-at-law and Marta Grochowska, legal advisor. Our aim was to set up a medium-size law firm acting in the region of Cracow and southern Poland, rendering professional services for business entities and private clients. Decision on merger was a result of practise, qualification and experience of the partners as well as the need of deeper specialization and closer co-operation while dealing with increasingly complex legal matters.

Currently our team consists of 11 people, including 8 lawyers: 2 attorneys- at- law, 1 legal adviser, 3 attorney`s trainees and one legal adviser`s trainee. Through our offices in Nowy Sacz, Kraków and Gorlice we assist on regular basis many domestic and foreign companies, covering a comprehensive range of business sectors including investment, trade and services, commercial property, transport, construction, heavy industry, processing industry, technology, and financial services. We especially focus on civil and commercial law, foreign investments, labour law and restitution claims.

CMG has a vast expertise in litigation, representing clients in different kinds of dispute resolutions, including arbitral tribunals. We also act as a proxy of the European Comission in pending criminal proceedings in Krakow. As we are working within the Network of Polish law firms called the "IURIS LINK" , we have good working contacts with many Polish and foreign law firms. We also provide legal support for private clients in scope of criminal, civil and administrative law.
